My New Play Space

This perfect little play area was created when Daddy moved the stairs leading to the basement. I was rummaging around in the construction dust here one day, sticking random pieces of who-knows-what in my mouth, and getting my clothes all dirty when Mommy finally got with it, tidied up this cubby, and added a few rugs and toys. It's the perfect size for me, but in the evening, I like to invite Daddy in to read books with me.

What do you think? Another boy? In the picture on the left I was 33 weeks along with Tyler. The picture on the right shows me 31 weeks along with Baby #2. I thought I was carrying #2 a bit higher, and maybe I am a little, but it sure doesn't look like much. Hmmm, guess we'll have to wait and see:)

Back In the Groove

The taping and texturing groove that is. This is a picture from last Sat. Tyler wants to mimic everything Daddy is doing these days...

...except I've never seen Daddy do that before!

Fairwell, we'll miss you:( We can't thank you enough for our wonderful time up there. So glad we had the trip to Washington together. Thank you Grandma and Grandpa for putting up with us for so long. We certainly enjoyed every minute of it! And thank you too, Grandma, for all your work on Tyler's quilt - I'm so excited to see the room all put together!

So happy to be home and free from the carseat. Thank you Grandma, for cleaning out this shower before we left. Tyler played around in it while I unpacked. He thought it was so cool - a new little play-space!

Washington Part 2

We had professional pictures taken of the grandkids Sat. afternoon in Spokane and then travelled down to John and Karrie's. Here's Sarah riding her "Pretty Poney."

The kids were extreemly happy to be out of the car and have a place to relax and play. Thank you Sarah, for sharing your house and your toys!

And here are photos from our hike at Palouse Falls. The pictures don't really do the falls justice as they are really quite immense. At the main viewing area, the river seems to come out of nowhere and plunges over 200 feet to a large round pool below. The roar of the water is quite something to hear.

Kalispell Trip; Part 1

Mom, Tyler and I enjoyed a relaxing trip up to Kalispell on Saturday. We stopped for lunch in Ennis at the Soda Fountain. It was really yummy! After meeting Sunday morning we all went out to a good breakfast buffet with Uncle Dave, Auntie Denay, Auntie Mary, and Cousin Caitlyn.

So far it's been a lot of playing for the little man. He enjoyed watching this car go round and round the race track at Uncle Randy and Auntie Alison's house. He's also been playing with construction trucks at Grandma and Grandpa's.
