Words and pictures only begin to capture the true experience of convention. I suppose it's because the real beauty happening there is the transformation of the heart. It's sweet fellowship, deep feelings of love, conviction, and desire to serve. New visions, clearer revelations, joy overflowing inside because of a very real sense of peace and hope for the future. Yes, words can not do it justice, but how wonderful to be there!

Just a Little Update

Here is a little glimpse into our days last week. This lovely family, Steve, Marci, Shalana & Krista spent time with us Wed. evening. Tyler adored the girls and had so much fun with them. Two other couples joined us for a study that evening - what a privilege!

Tyler was so thrilled to see his friends return on Thursday and we all went out to one of Keith's projects for a tour.

This house has been in construction for just over a year. Thursday was a perfect time for touring as the interior was complete and most of the furniture was already in place. There is still some work to be done on the outside, but the clients will be moving in tomorrow (Wed.)

Also last week, Joe came and started work on our basement - so exciting! It feels good to see progress again on this ongoing house project!

Friday evening we spent with Steve and Marci and the girls at their condo in The Aspens. It was a fun evening of good food, visiting and playing games. Tyler played so hard and slept so good that night! Thanks for spending time with us S, M, S & K!

This week is relatively quiet. This afternoon, one of Tyler's friends came to play. We had a great time! Hope all is well in each of your worlds. Have a good rest of the week!

Bee-Z Days

Another busy weekend has come and gone! This little bee is trying to get something productive done - he's building a hive - for the fifth time. The trouble is, he's building it inside the BBQ, so you know what happens every time the coals heat up. Lesson for me: Spend more time securing treasure in a place that will never pass away!

Tyler and Branson selling cookies and drinks at Jessie's yard sale. We went down last Fri. evening and camped at Damion and Jessie's, then hung out with Jessie, Janis, and the kids the next morning.

We had a little birthday party for Boyd! The kids were very serious about the strawberry shortcake.

Whew! What a party!

We then took of for I.F. and Keith and I took turns biking part of the way. A storm blew in though, and we had to cut out early and jump in the car for the rest of the trip.

The rest of the weekend was a blur of visiting, camping, meeting, good food and good fellowship. Now we're enjoying some quiet days to rest and catch-up. The boys and I, that is. Keith is very busy with work this week, so we're glad when we get a few minutes with him here and there.
