Monte had his 2-month doctor visit today. The nurse measured and weighed him and confirmed our suspicions that he's growing. He is 11 lbs., 3 oz. and 23 1/4 in. long. So he's gained 3 pounds and grown 2 inches since birth. This puts him right around the 50th percentile for height and weight. We are so thankful for such a healthy baby.
He's really interacting these days. The first thing he wants to do when he wakes from a nap is eat, of course. But after that he gets very social. He looks us right in the eye and smiles and coos. We just love it!
It's such a miracle how these little ones expand your heart till you think it might burst because it's so full of love!
