This party took place January 1st at Uncle John and Auntie Ellen's. I can't think of a better way to celebrate the new year. Making lefse is my favorite Norwegian tradition. I hope we can keep it going for years to come. Yum!
Okay - I know where I'm going next New Years! Not only for that yummy lefse (which I can about smell and taste right now!), but, what awesome peeps to be with too! Count me in! (I almost wrote "let me know when" but, since its a New Years tradition..... dah!! ;-) lol)
