This was quite a sight Sunday morning. A mama moose came meandering up to the road with her two calves. She looked our direction as we slowed to a stop and then catiously jumped the guardrail and crossed the road, the calves following. We held our breath, hoping now cars would come zipping around the corner in the other direction. They had a safe crossing, and we enjoyed the friendly encounter.Monday, November 5, 2007
Moose Crossing
