Happy New Year!
2008 – As we ponder it’s events, we’re amazed at how much it was a year of transition: from a threesome to a foursome, from a cramped basement to a beautiful new living space, from carefree living to tightening the belt in an economic downturn. And what does the future hold? Hmmm…we can not tell. We have a feeling it’s going to be good, though. Hard times maybe. We might have to part with a little of this earthly treasure and pleasure. But the blessings will far outway the sacrifices when we keep our lives in His hand. And with that, we wish you all a very Happy New Year!

I have been enjoying a little trip around blogger land from the comfort of my chair indoors. It is frightful out but so delightful inside. I too want to enjoy the truly precious things and not worry about things. A visit to little Mari and Courtney via Caring Bridge reminds us that we have much to be thankful for...so want to keep the less fortunate in our thoughts and prayers too.
