Yum! This may be the best Tiramisu I've ever tasted! It's an Italian dessert with coffee and rum-soaked layers of sponge cake alternating with mascarpone cheese and chocolate...
...and this is what you look like after you eat it! Just kidding.We were lucky to have a couple hours to ourselves Sunday evening to celebrate our anniversary. We had a wonderful visit over an outstanding Italian dinner. If our eyes look a little buggy in the above photo, it's because it was taken at the end of the evening. We are very full and very tired, as it had been a full day already. The kids enjoyed their time at Chris and Riclyn's, so a good evening was had by all.
My heart overflows with thankfulness as I ponder the last twelve years and the love and joy that fills our hearts today. I certainly have much, much more than I deserve, and I am so very thankful!
