Cody Preps 2010

How can the moments of the weekend be captured in only 12 pictures? Our days were filled to the brim and so wonderful. However, I fear if I drag you through too many photos, you won't be back for another visit. So here it is, a Memorial Day Weekend trip to Cody.

Frosty morning in Yellowstone - after our first night of camping in snow!

A welcome sight - the Cody grounds and no snow!

All set up in the pasture.

Uncle Eldon flies his plane for the boys!

A few tunes before breakfast.

Bike ride along the Shoshone

Sunset tractor ride.

Makin' s'mores by the river.

Tyler called this "fire in the sky!"

Sacked out!

The boys had so much fun playing with the cats. There were also pigs and cows and a couple dogs, but these cats were so friendly and cuddly.

Making new friends. Rye and Aida found their way into Tyler's heart and he DID NOT want to leave them. He was comforted to hear that we would see them again in just a few weeks.
Well, that's it - aside from the work (for some reason I didn't take any pictures of the actual preparations, and there were a lot of people getting a lot done), fellowship, meals, visits, walks, bbq and home-made ice cream! It went by too fast, but we enjoyed it very much.
