As mentioned in the previous post, we recently spent the better part of three weeks in Bozeman, MT. It was such a refreshing time with so many privileges. We enjoyed several meals with some of our dear friends, and it was fun to see our kids bond with the same people that are so special to us!
Here we are enjoying an evening with Udo and Damaris. Above, Tyler became Udo's little shadow as he grilled up a delicious salmon dinner. Below, they share the bounty of their beautiful garden. We are still enjoying the potatoes, beets, and carrots from this harvest.
Keith worked most of our last weekend, so Saturday morning I took the boys to the base of the Bridgers to see how far we could hike up the "M" trail.
We were surprised to see cars parked for a mile on both sides of the highway and people everywhere. Turns out it was the Bridger Ridge Run, a 20mile race from Sacajawea Peak all the way to the "M" trail head. The boys enjoyed watching a few runners come over the finish line before we made our way through the crowd and up the side trail (not being used for the race.)

I'm somewhat dissappointed with all the "Bobcat"references etc, but I suppose the boys will learn over time (on their own, most likely) that the "GRIZ" are really the best! Grandpa Q
What fortunate little boys to have such an active mom!
