More exploring around town Friday morning turned up this little treasure. A nice playground with swings, merry-go-round, slide, and exercise equiment! And a huge soccer field!

Then we drove up in the hills for a beautiful afternoon and evening with the friends. The pic above shows Salvador and Chela's country get-away.

The meal was potluck. Beans, rice, tacos, chicken casserole, soda pops, juices, cookies, and birthday cake.
The evening brought a spectacular sunset and a big golden moon.
